I'm Tronn, the owner and inspector at Mr. Inspector. I came to home inspection from a background in engineering technologies — a habit of looking at how buildings and their systems are actually put together, and why things fail. That's the lens I bring to every property I walk.
I'm an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and I've been licensed in Florida since 2021. I also carry a CCPIA commercial credential, so I handle commercial property inspections alongside residential work. But the credentials matter less than what they're for: giving you an honest, thorough read on a building before you commit to it.
I started Mr. Inspector LLC because I wanted to run inspections the way I'd want one done on a home I was buying — no rushing, no boilerplate reports, no upselling services you don't need. When you hire me, you get me. I do the inspection, I write the report, and I'm the one who picks up when you call with a question afterward.

How I work
Owner-operated, start to finish
When you book with Mr. Inspector, Tronn Goehring is the person who shows up, does the inspection, and writes the report. You are not handed off to a rotating crew, and the person who saw the property is the person you can call with a question.
Plain reports, no filler
Reports are written to be read. I document what I actually observed — clearly, with photos — and I keep the advisory fluff out of it. You get the facts you need to make a decision, usually within 24 hours.
Straight answers about scope
I tell you what an inspection can and cannot do before you pay for it. Insurance inspections do not set your rate, a sample is not a guarantee, and I will never oversell a service to pad a ticket. If you do not need something, I will say so.
Built around your schedule
Real estate does not run nine to five, so neither do I. Extended appointment hours available until 7 PM. Text is often the fastest way to reach me, and you can get an instant quote by phone or the online scheduler.

Home Inspection
A full home inspection is a top-to-bottom visual evaluation of a home’s major systems and components — roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more — delivered as a clear report so you can make a confident decision. It is the standard inspection most buyers order before closing.
Four-Point Inspection
A four-point inspection is a focused report on a home’s four main systems — roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — that many Florida insurers require to write or renew a policy on an older home. It documents the age and condition of those systems; it is not a full home inspection.
Wind Mitigation
A wind mitigation inspection documents the wind-resistant features of your home — roof shape, roof-deck attachment, roof-to-wall connections, and opening protection — on Florida’s standard state form (OIR-B1-1802). Insurers use it to apply available windstorm credits, which can reduce the wind portion of your premium.
